From what place of J. ? has gone on a wrong way? First of all, when has started to work without the written agreement and reception of the preliminary fee. Yes, it is possible to understand its heat, however it not the justification. It is much more important that it has destroyed trust of the client, and it is the gross infringement of consulting ethics. J. ? still asserts that did not destroy trust of the client as its first possible client actually never and was not that – after all the contract with it did not subscribe. Trust destruction, however, does not concern, whether the contract actually has been signed. Like lawyers, psychiatrists, bookkeepers and doctors, advisers never should disclose that hear at someone's office. If J. ? has addressed to the lawyer, would admit a crime and has left, without having possibility to pay to the lawyer last could not inform on him to the authorities. Though J. ? also did not become the client of the lawyer, last could not destroy its trust.
