Trust destruction, however, does not concern, whether the contract actually has been signed. Like lawyers, psychiatrists, bookkeepers and doctors, advisers never should disclose that hear at someone's office. If J. ? has addressed to the lawyer, would admit a crime and has left, without having possibility to pay to the lawyer last could not inform on him to the authorities. Though J. ? also did not become the client of the lawyer, last could not destroy its trust.
